Say hello to our new Account and Production Coordinator

Hi everyone! My name is Paige, and I am excited to be a part of the Macbeth family.

I was born and raised here in Orlando; I know it’s like I am a unicorn. In my free time, I like to tirelessly predict the ending of movies… “It was Bob, in the library, with a candlestick! Or no, no, it was Michelle.” Then when it inevitably ends up being one of my 10,000 predictions, I brag about how intuitive I am.

I went to Florida State University where I earned a degree in Psychology. Most of my work experience is in the mental health field, I have worked at inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities for adolescent women and men. Usually helping them utilize coping skills during a crisis and practicing de-escalation skills to help keep them calm and create a safe space.

After doing this for a few years I realized I wanted to expand these skills into helping organizations create new systems and help facilitate a healthy environment. Unfortunately, there are too many bad bosses and too many miserable employees out there that need a change.

I am currently studying for my master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, which is just a lot of words that mean exactly what I just described.

I enjoy traveling and experiencing new things! But my comfort zone is in my pj’s with a glass of wine and lots of snacks watching a good movie.

I have a giant bloodhound named Blood, and a cat named Jamie Lee Curtis. I usually let Blood take me on long walks until he wears me out. I also enjoy cooking. I am always trying new recipes so if you have a good one, let me know!
